Paul Borrow-Longain, Trustee of The 365 Challenge, attended the inaugural meeting of the Board of Trustees. The 365 Challenge is dedicated to supporting those living with the spectrum of mental health issues, and raising awareness of the benefits physical education can have on the conditions.

During the meeting Mr Borrow-Longain was elected to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
After the meeting Mr Borrow-Longain said “mental health concerns are finally being acknowledged thanks in part to the light being shined on the issue by members of the Royal Family. I’m honoured to be playing my small part in increasing awareness and support for those suffering with the spectrum of mental health conditions including PTSD.”
